Positioning itself as the future of retail banking, we created a flagship branch in the heart of New York City's Union Square. Building off of the 360 Cafe pilot program, the flagship is an amalgam of customer-centric technology and the comforts of your local community hub. Free WiFi, charging stations, and the cafe offerings encouraged customers to extend their stay by working, relaxing, and enjoying their time wating for bankers.
